I grew up with jambalaya and gumbo, growing up just across the lake from New Orleans. I've tried a few different jambalaya recipes, but they never quite hit the mark. I'm looking forward to trying this one, I especially like the brown rice - my mother always used white rice - but I always use brown rice. Thank you for posting this recipe.
