		<description>Kids love anyting different.  I like to brush olive oil and both sides of bread, place in muffin tins and scrootch (sorry for the technical word) it into a basket shape.  After baking to crispness, it can hold eggs, placed with a little cream, butter and salt and pepper - maybe some chopped chives - and baked till done. It will need to be propped up in a cup to be able to appreciate it at the table - but, it appeals to the kid in all of us.  Happy egging!  It&#039;s a good food!!</description>
