Sorry to hear that blackberries have come and gone in your neighborhoods. Organic frozen blackberries work beautifully for the crisp, for the salmon sauce and for the jam, not so great for the salad. Blueberries on the other hand would be good in the salad, but they don&#039;t have the same sharp kick for the other recipes.</description>
